Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations require 48 hours to receive a refund.  Refunds are processed and paid 30 days AFTER cancellation date by client, less a processing fee of 4%.  If KFH & Associates cancels, clients are entitled to a full refund within 15 days of cancellation.
